Our commitment

Symmetrica, Inc. (“Symmetrica”, “we”) collects only the information we need to respond to enquiries and to deliver post-production services to our clients. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to send:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide it
• The content of your message

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to you, to prepare quotes and to provide services to our clients. It is not shared with other organizations for their own purposes.

Client media and project files

Footage, audio, project files and other material you send us for a project are used only to complete that project. They are handled under the project’s agreement, kept on our own secure systems, accessible only to the people working on your project, and returned or deleted as agreed with you.

Service providers

To operate this website, we rely on a small number of providers that handle information only on our behalf: our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by Formspree. They process this information solely to provide these services to Symmetrica.

Storage and security

Information you send us is kept within Symmetrica’s own systems and is accessible only to staff who need it to support you. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to contact@symmetrica.tv. We will respond within 30 days.
